Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

I use Articulate 360 to write everything! Any directions, step by step, telling the team how to do processes or policies, or to share photos or videos, all of that is done in Articulate 360. It is streamlined and looks consistent with our brand, allowing us to control the look and feel.

  • Allowing for templates of a whole lesson section
  • Clean process steps
  • Increase guest satisfaction due to items made correctly
I use Articulate 360 and Review on the daily, allow for the SME to review the content and make edits and suggestions right on the document and tell me what exactly needs to change.
I have not used it.
It is user friendly, and allows for people to create content fairly quickly.
