Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
We use Articulate 360 to build training for HR and compliance topics. This includes manager training for interview skills, ED+I, compensation, and annual reviews. We also use Articulate 360 for email security, and other infosec compliance trainings for all 3,000+ employees.
Pros
- Interactions / branching learning paths
- Interactive videos
- Quizzing - reporting to LMS
- Audio / volume leveling
- Resource hosting
Cons
- iFrames are hard to work with when trying to patch in content from outside sources
- Adobe-like pre-check for broken links / endless navigation loops / other problems that would cause learners to not complete the training would be awesome
- Quick turnaround to get training out and completed
- Detailed tracking of engagement with trainings
Honestly mainly use Storyline exclusively. The built-in review / hosting service (forgot what it's called) is a huge help and perfect for commenting / reviewing. I remember when it didn't exist - so love that new integration.
Honestly haven't tried the AI features when they were available - haven't had good experiences with using AI in the past with other platforms.
