Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

Articulate 360 is used for a variety of training solutions from on boarding to upskilling and compliance courses.

Pros

  • The AI Assistant saves so much time! Especially the audio generation.
  • Rise is wonderful for a quick course creation.
  • Storyline allows for customized courses.

Cons

  • Templates can be wonky.
  • Rise could use more block options.
  • Easier export to LMS
  • Improved learning retention
  • Decreased training costs
  • Flexibility of learner timing
My company has an LMS so we export to SCORM files and upload them for learners to consume.
Faster course creation is the number one benefit. The ability to create quizzes based on content saves a ton of time! The voice generator is also wonderful and saves a lot of time on recording.
Articulate 360 allows me to fill any training needs for my organization. It's user friendly and there are so many use cases for it.

It is well suited for courses that are specific to our business and content isn't readily available. It's less appropriate for things where lots of content is available, such as Microsoft products.
