Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use it for eLearning and for knowledge assessments.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Extremely diverse
  • Can be as detailed as you'd like

Cons

  • Slowness- might be my network
  • Ability to switch question type while creating a quiz question- for example, going from true to false to multiple choice
  • Difficult to access your question bank once finished, too many steps to get back
  • We have decreased our training time by providing knowledge assessments versus doing them on paper
  • So nice to create a course in Rise and send it out for everyone to complete
We use Storyline to create our knowledge assessments and package them as scorm in our LMS. The user takes a course (which could have an eLearning scorm as well) and the results are reported.
I have had to watch many YouTube videos and have accessed Articulate 360 webinars/help sites and to learn the full extent of the programs. The eLearning content is extremely helpful!
