Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We create e-learning courses and modules for technical training. Some of it required for system access and some of it is just for knowledge enhancement. We have 18,000+ employees in our organization and of that approximately 2,000 employees receive training via our e-learning classes. The courses that we build range from robust Storyline courses that take 1+ hours to complete to Rise courses that are under 30 minutes.

Sometimes we create software simulations in Storyline and add them to Rise blocks for a Rise course. I don't really use many of the other features, mostly just Storyline and Rise.
Coming from Captivate, Articulate 360 products are a lot easier and faster to learn and use. The customer support is so much better than what Adobe provides and the staff are tenacious at helping to solve problems!

Articulate 360 is great for creating e-learning courses that are required for system access. Learners can take training when they need it. For quick video based e-learning I use other products and wouldn't create a full e-learning course with Articulate 360.
