Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
Use Rise a lot to create courses quickly using blocks. (We also use Microlearnings for specific topics.) We need to create training courses on how to use the software that our company develops. We turn to Rise because of the simplicity of adding content without resorting to triggers, etc., and even though simple to use, we find high outcomes in terms of learning outcomes and positive user experience.
Pros
- Builds course quickly
- Version tracking built into Review is very helpful
- Having Reach available up to 300 users filled a need we had and had trouble finding a solution for.
Cons
- I'd like to see the ability to custom size images that I upload
- I'd like to see more customization of spacing between paragraphs and between items in bulleted lists and spacing between normal text and followed by bulleted list content.
- Decreased training costs
- Rise has accessibility baked in in several ways, which is very important to me since our customers require our products to be accessible
I use Rise with Review a lot, in several iterations to develop courses.
No comparison. Rise is so much easier to build courses with because of block insertion, and for more complex course needs, Storyline is quite intuitive after you have overcome the initial learning curve.
