Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

It is used for content creation, creating eLearning courses in both English and Spanish.

Pros

  • Instant access for non-articulate users
  • Use of Review 360 and peek

Cons

  • Multiple quiz completion
  • The constant crashing of Storyline handling large files
  • Quiz bank mass edits to slide properties
  • Decreased training cost
  • More outreach to our team members in and outside the US
  • More outreach to employees outside of QA department
I use Review 360 to get feedback from my stakeholders. I use Storyline to develop and create courses. I use Replay and Peek to create how-to training videos to help those navigate other systems.
I am not sure how AI assistant would help, but here is potential in its use in the future. It can help with redesign of slides and presentation of OST. I am also hoping it will help with translation.
The crashing of Storyline 360 with larger files.

It's best used for multiple language support. I love that it has both English and Spanish text to speech, which has been extremely helpful.
