Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Articulate 360 to teach people how to use a brand new online system. The system is replacing an outdated model, so it is important that our trainings not only teach new users how to use the system, but also teach old users the differences between the two systems.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Engaging activities
  • Easy to share with employees

Cons

  • Steep learning curve
  • The way triggers are named is confusing and not clear what each trigger does
  • I want to move trainings from try mode to demo mode or vise versa easier
  • I wish I could select all text boxes to change their color in one click instead of each box separately
  • Decreased training costs
  • Decreased training time spent
  • Increased number of people trained
I use Storyline, Rise, and Reach to create and distribute trainings in a singular LMS.
These reflect my experience with AI Assistant. I enjoy the photo generation because it allows for a specific image to be generated that may not exist in the stock library.
Storyline has a steep learning curve.
Articulate 360 has tools that no other program can compare to.

Is is well-suited for trainings that need to mirror PowerPoints. It is well-suited for trainings where users need a chance to practice their skills.
