Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

I use it for org wide annual reviews and check ins as a practitioner. It’s a practical tool for performance management and the reviews inform what manager training needs there are in the organization.

Anyone in my org who isn’t HR doesn’t love using ADP and don’t see the point. It’s hard to get buy in

Your customer support people are amazing
It’s sufficient as an hris system for some companies, maybe smaller ones. But I wouldn’t recommend it as a sole hris for a larger company because it lacks some options that something like workday has
