Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is being used across our entire organization. We have 16 locations across multiple counties and ADP allows all to have the access needed for timekeeping, benefits, etc.
Pros
- Accuracy - This is my #1 reason for using ADP. We have never experienced any problems in their accuracy in handling our tax filing.
- On top of law changes - ADP keeps us compliant and informed about all levels of payroll law changes.
Cons
- Service - Many times I get completely frustrated at their lack of response or poor response time. There is often a language barrier in being able to understand some of their service providers.
- Service follow-through - ADP is famous for passing you on to someone that really never helps you solve your problems. Lack of communication is a problem.
- As a forward-thinking company, we have utilized ADP Workforce Now to bring our locations into the computer age. This has allowed us to release ourselves from timecards, day sheets, timesheets, etc.

Several years ago, we tried to get help from ADP, to help our financial numbers flow easily into our account software. It was dropped for lack of someone to actually help. This past fall I was told via several emails that the GL area of ADP was to be restructured and that someone would be working with me to set our accounts in ADP so that it would flow into our accounting software. Again, no one actually did anything to help make this happen. It was pointless. We hand-enter all accounting numbers. This is unacceptable in this day and age.
