Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use WFN as our HRIS, timekeeping, payroll, talent, benefits, everything HR-related.
Pros
- Having everything in the same system is amazing.
- Taking care of all the payroll tax filing.
Cons
- The new service connect feature is not well thought out. It makes no sense to send a ticket in that way and have to be notified by email to go check it when an email would have been a faster and better option for not only submitting issues but being able to track them.
- ADP seems to roll out enhancements without testing them well and then not make the changes that are happening clear to everyone.
- It has streamlined our data entry in that we are not entering data in multiple software resulting in less manpower needed and less mistakes made.
