Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

This company uses it for time tracking, benefits, and payroll. [It] Makes things extremely easier from a manager perspective along with an employee standpoint as it has essentially everything one could possibly need.

It's used by our entire corporation for all things HR-related. It keeps everyone informed about any changes in regards to benefits and payroll.

Pros

  • Time tracking for both hourly and salary employees, which helps immensely.
  • Payroll tracking for checks, tax returns, etc. Literally everything regarding payroll.
  • PTO/Sick-time; breaks it down completely and effortlessly.
  • I would not know
I’m not in HR.
I haven't used anything else so I would not know.
I honestly can't think of where Workforce doesn't excel. It does everything I need it to from my stand point and if I ever have any questions/issues, HR is right there. I don't see how much more our corporation can utilize Workforce than what we currently are. It does everything we require and then some.
