Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics

Use it to measure website metrics and the various channels we use to bring people to our website. It helps us measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and media deployed. We also use it to evaluate the types of content and page types our visitors engage with.

Pros

  • Count visits to our site
  • Provide dashboards to share with others
  • Segment/filter our data per audience- or campaign-specific activities

Cons

  • Wish I had more freedom in the dashboard building. They are easy to share, but can't always easily format them exactly how I want.
  • Creating segments in the Segment components tool often are delayed before they show as available in my reports.
  • Being able to edit/conform data to remove typos or combine components with non-identical wording.
  • Evaluation of page engagements to modify UX
  • It's helped us determine nurture and journey planning
  • Better content strategy planning
It's easy to use and consistent experience across tool.
Because I find it easy to use.
They are similar. I have more experience with GA though.
