Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

I use Adobe Acrobat in my organization for documents and contracts. It helps me with signature verification. Allows me to switch between microsoft word and back to pdf when updating documents. This is very helpful with business problems because it allows a seamless experience when working with clients on documentation and contracts.

Pros

  • Edits within the document
  • Signature Verification
  • Universal PDF document everyone can open and view

Cons

  • Live sharing
  • Increased operational efficiencies because easy to edit PDF docs
  • Verified Signature - trusted source for signatures
  • Ease of use allows for improved productivity
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
Important factors are ability to use within other systems and the ease of use were the most important factors. It's important that anyone can view a PDF within Adobe Acrobat even if you do not have an account and that access gives versatility into ways you can work with whoever.
I have never used another product other than Adobe Acrobat and there is a reason for it. Adobe Acrobat is the best and it works with every system globally.

Do you think Adobe Acrobat delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat again?

Yes

Adobe Acrobat is well suited in scenarios where there are contractual agreements in place or general documentation. It can track changes made and it is able to be converted into Microsoft Word seamlessly. Additionally the edits that you are able to make to the document are super beneficial because there are certain things you cannot easily do it Word where you can easily move things around within the document. I don't believe it's necessarily appropriate when drafting up a document for the first time, I feel like I would normally start in Microsoft Word and then export to Adobe Acrobat as a PDF after a document is created.
