Adobe Acrobat is used in our business to open and read files, share for review, and send files to print.

Pros

  • Commenting and marking up files is really easy.
  • Mark ups can be easily updated in indesign
  • reduces file size without losing quality

Cons

  • Converting to Word
  • Exporting text in readable order
  • editing files is difficult
  • The markup feature integration with Indesign is really helpful and speeds up design revisions
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
PDF a universal file type and Adobe Acrobat works with that file type the best
