Acumatica - Best of the few

Acumatica is our ERP system. We run Rental360 on top of the system to manage all our rental business across 2 companies and 4 locations. We additionally use work order management for service and repairs, and inventory for tracking and charging parts. We use multiple companies to manage our sister companies for Insurance, Properties and Holding Company. Their modern web-based and user customizable interface makes it the right product for us.

Integrated Payment Management, better customer service, less "let me call you back" to find answers. Internally, much higher ability to "self-serve" answers. Not need to call a branch location to get answers. Less "overnight" documents around just for processing. As the controller, I love having all 5 entities I deal with available in the same system.

We are in the Utility Construction Equipment - Rental / Sales & Servicing Business. We acquire, rent, upfit, service and maintain all our own equipment. We use Rental360 as the core product, but then have modified it internally to better suit our unique needs. We've found Acumatica to excel at letting us do this.
