Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
I am the System Administrator. I use it to maintain our business processes, build all reports, connect 3rd party software via API, etc. We are an AV System Integrator. Sales, Service, Design.

- We have been able to consistently take our business from 19M to 45M over 10 years while maintaining a low overhead of key users in critical data entry departments.
- Using workflow engine to create stop gaps in CRM and other areas...to prevent users from selecting incorrect stages or next steps.
- Support Ecosystem with Acumatica is great. Our VAR is readily available and they will escalate to Acumatica support as needed.

Internally, our users can quickly find the data they need fast, due to the ability to create dashboards specific to their role. Externally, we can provide our customers with detailed or summary information on a Project by Project basis. It makes us look good.
We use Acumatica to manage all end-to-end processes. From CRM through Project Billing and beyond.
