Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We are a new implementation, looking to improve project management, reporting, and accounting. Allow managers to see the current status of projects, and assign accountability for tasks.

Pros

Cons

  • Better out of the box roles for role permissions and security, its not easy to discover what permissions allow access to what functions in the modules.
  • We are still in the implementation phase
Other
Ability to have price classes for different contracts is very helpful, more accurate, and a time saver.
Price classes for different state and government contracts is very helpful. Ability to establish sales teams for role security and permissions is helpful also.
