Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica for AR, AP, Field Services and Project Billing.
It helps us looks at projects closely and revise billing or commitments. We also use the AP automation and it helps with missing not missing out on emailed invoices. Our field techs don't particularly like the app when they are out on a call, but we are looking at integrations to make things easier on them.

Pros
- Catches discrepancies on AP invoices.
- Easy views of projects.
- Easy of the approval process on AP and AR.
Cons
- Our techs don't like to use the app in the field.
- A few more clickable links on screens for approval processes, example, link through to project.
- A bit of an easier user interface for our techs and inventory/warehouse clerk.
- Helps us identify unbilled projects.
- Helps us easily look at AP,AR invoices
4-6 months
Easily email invoices from within the system, quick reference screens to update customers. Streamlined aging process.
It's been very useful for our project billing on construction jobs, easily view commitments and previous invoices. Still learning AIA billing, but enjoying the ease of creating those forms and Acumatica automatically filling in the info for us. We are looking to integrate with more project management tools for our estimators to move away from spreadsheets.
We used Foundation before and Acumatica has much better reporting and accountability.
