Ease of use.
Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
I am the controller, and I use Acumatica for accounting and financial reporting; we're about to set up cost accounting BOMS items, so soon, we'll be costing our inventory using average costing. Remittance advice doesn't work & each file doesn't properly reference the vendor reference #, which is the Vendor invoice #, so the vendors don't know how to apply for our payments.
Pros
- Ease of use accounting for AP, AR, Cash transactions JE's.
- Financial reporting is not bad but need to set up more reports relevant to our company.
- 1099 tracking.
Cons
- Remittance advices don't work.
- NACHA file to bank doesn't include vendor reference # which is the vendor invoice number.
- You can't do offsets between AR & AP when vendors are also customers to net the balances due to/from if agreed upon with the vendor/customer.
- amazing to think that with our huge capital investments projects are in Acumatica.
- lots of vendors set up in a relatively short amount of time.
- Lots of vendor AP invoices were recorded and paid in a timely manner again because of our huge capital investment.
1-3 months
Everyone in the organization that uses Acumatica has liked it.
It's our ERP, and we have nearly all of the modules relevant to our needs, which eases our accounting, reporting, and business analysis so that we can make timely decisions.
Better and easier to use and much more friendly for users.
