Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use it in Finance and Operations. It addresses accounting particularly AP, AR, and journal transactions. It works for us to also gather information by creating reports and inquiries. It helps in supply chain managing order to cash and purchase to payments.
Pros
- Import Scenario it helps being in loads of various data into the system
- Generic inquiry very helpful and user friendly in gathering data and generating reports
- Dashboard it helps in identifying and tracking important info for the company
Cons
- Upgrade to new version due to customizations makes it harder to facilitate and update
- The use of AI to help automate more workflows and help in trouble shooting daily issues
- It has improved how we communicate with. Vendor’s and customers and the Efficiency and accuracy of data transaction

Yea, they go overboard when needed. So our system won’t shut down and users are able to log in the next morning. Overnight fix byv3rd level suppprt
