Acumatica making us all more efficient!!
Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use field service for the majority but deal with construction a lot, and are looking into adding the construction module. We feel the currently our construction projects are not flowing as weak as we would like, and that information may come through inaccurately. We are hoping to learn new things while at the summit for the construction module and if it will solve our issues
Pros
- The help sections ? - really does help you understand where you are and help with answering questions
- The serial number option helps us track warranty units and finished goods to any customer.
- Dashboards help you find the information you need at your fingertips
Cons
- Field service mobile app needs improvement and less clicks for the service techs

Accessing data
We feel the service industry is good but may need to add construction module into our system. We are missing the flow and feel that certain aspects are inaccurate currently. While there are aspects like dashboards etc they need to be available- so access may also be an issue at times
Importing and exporting data is easier and aligns more. Using the dashboards and general inquiries you can create a system that gives you information at the touch of a button rather than searching for it. I found that I picked up acumatica quicker than when I started SAP. More user friendly and the self help is a great advantage.
