Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Acumatica is our front to back erp solution from the leads to the opportunity to the project and extended support. It handles everything from the top to the bottom. It also serves as our financial source of truth and allows us to store and report out on all our relevant metrics.

It meets our needs in a vacuum, but putting them together for our more bespoke business model has been an issue. Ongoing support, great. Projects, not so great. Financial, great. Inventory control, not so great, etc.

It is well suited for companies with a defined and, better yet, pre-existing workflow and vertical. More nuanced or custom business models may have some growing pains in set up or several kinks to work out.
