Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We are a field services customer int he environmental field. We also have rental equipment and use the full range of accounting features. Before, we were in Quickbooks and didn't have visibility or even enough users for what we needed
Pros
- Generic Inquiries
- Consolidating all financials into one place
- Customization available -- we added rentals into service management
Cons
- Digging deeper into financials. I have to click 5 times or more to get from a financial statement to the source document. I would like to have more description so we can see where things are coming from more quickly and at a glance (something quickbooks and sage do well)
- Made huge changes in ability to see live numbers throughout the month rather than waiting for month-end close
