Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Acumatica has been transformational in all of our business practices and processes. We use Acumatica in all facets of our business, and I think, most recently, we've been able to dig into data and KPI metrics in order to adjust business practices and inspect problems or areas of opportunity within the company. Without Acumatica, we would not have been able to do any of this with the efficiency we do today.

Much better ability to do reporting for customers and reps in particular. Reps are now able to see their territory analysis and adjust accordingly.
We are a manufacturer, so we use Acumatica for production orders and purchasing. I think this has been the biggest change for us because we have much more insight into our purchasing practices and needs.

Great for many, many business types. Acumatica likes to be used as it is set up and can take some coaxing to get customizations to work as intended without downstream impacts.
