Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Acumatica is used as an ERP to act as a central data hub for all aspects of the organization including accounting, retail sales, B2B sales, and manufacturing logistics.

Pros

  • Open framework for integrations
  • Cloud based architecture

Cons

  • End user customizable UI
  • Cleaner/more up to date UI
  • Allowed us to expand beyond the capabilities of our previous ERP

Adobe Commerce (Magento Commerce)
Acumatica's open API framework makes it great for integration with external system but it's clunky interface can create challenges for users expecting a smooth web based interface.
