We are a retail/eCommerce store and manufacturer. Acumatica allows us to integrate with our custom website and process call in orders. It allows us to manufacture our products and track inventory consumption. It provides our customers with the necessary financial/book keeping documents. It allows us to track order history and historical pricing

Acumatica does a great job of workflow from the entry of a customer to the Sales Order, to the shipment, to the invoice. It is easy to train employees, even a person who is not great with computers, to accomplish those tasks.
