Acumatica helps us confidently answer requests and provide detailed metrics to our clients. We can rely on the data that comes into the system from external sources via connectors and other integrations. Consolidating all the data in one place gives the operations, sales account management, and financial teams the ability to run comprehensive reports.
Acumatica seamlessly integrates with our external eCommerce provider, Shopify. They partner directly with Shopify to ensure that Acumatica can support Shopify's portfolio of features and allows us to leverage Shopify's benefits. As Shopify continues to expand its product offerings and connection to emerging sales channels, we can trust that we'll be able to tackle whatever great innovation comes down the pipes next.

Evaluating Acumatica and Competitors
Yes - QuickBooks and Ship Station were replaced by Acumatica. We wanted to replace them because the workload required for fulfilling thousands of e-commerce sales orders per day was becoming insurmountable. The software we had in place began to be the primary throttle point for our business and kept us from growing the way we envisioned and our customers demanded.

If we had to do it again, we would spend more time going through the process of discovering any gaps in the functionality of the candidate software. We could achieve this by going through our operational process twice. First, by going through our process as it is and mapping it to the UI capabilities of the software. Second, we could go through the process as we envision it and also map it to he UI capabilities of the software. From there, we can analyze the results and see how much the software can help us realize our operational goals.
