Excellent customer service and support, especially important for new email list builders

As someone who just started an email list, Active Campaign had been very intuitive to use. I’ve tried free email marketing software such as Mail Chimp or MailerLite but it does not offer as much automation and tracking of data. On top of that, they have excellent customer service. Able to talk to a real human, and helped me to understand my metrics, and gave me strategies to continue to grow my list. Would highly recommend it to anyone who is just starting out with having an email list.
