Zuken CR-8000 Design Force

CR-8000 is an integrated suite for designing printed circuit boards (PCBs). It allows users to develop a product from concept to manufacture. CR-8000‘s fully integrated design flow includes initial system planning, where key design decisions are made about partitioning, component selection and form, fit and function. It also includes detailed schematic and 2D/3D, single and multi-board PCB design, and then optimized manufacturing output. Modular, object-oriented architectures enable use of consistent data throughout the development process.

CR-8000 was designed from the ground up to take advantage of the most recent advances in hardware and software technology. This includes 64-bit, multithread and multi-CPU hardware support, OpenGL and DirectX graphics. Network environments with standalone client, data server, application server or cloud computing are supported

With its use of a mouse in one hand, and a touch pad in another, CR-8000 supports cutting edge human interface techniques that mean less mouse clicks and movements, as well as fewer dialogs. The CR-8000 suite of authoring tools is complemented by a domain database management system that provides comprehensive library, master data and design data management capabilities directly integrated into the authoring environment.
