I would say, Zoom Workplace is great for virtual meetings, webinars, and remote team communication, with strong video quality and scheduling tools. It struggles with advanced collaboration needs like detailed whiteboarding or large event management, and it's less effective for asynchronous communication or project tracking but in all, it's a nice tool.
Zoom Workplace is used to hold remote meetings for our entire company. We have weekly sales meetings every Monday morning just for the sales team, and then company wide meetings (25+ participants) about once a month.
The main business problem the product addresses is the ability to work together and more efficiently on projects across company departments and geography in the simplest manor. It's an excellent product.
Pros
Allows sharing of screen
Intuitive design
Ability to summarize meetings at the end
Cons
Zoom needs to separate itself from all of the competition out there
Perhaps use AI to suggest readings for team members after each meeting to further enhance engagement and knowledge

It is well suited for company wide and department specific meetings. It is less appropriate for assisting you in creating presentations, which would be a great feature and comparable advantage to MS Teams and Skype
We use Zoom internally and externally for calls. Average attendance size of meetings is under 15 people. This product serves the purpose of keeping our remote first company connected to discuss topics across teams. We also use it for customer meetings and webinars. We often share our screen and display a slide deck as well.
Pros
Reactions allow things to be fun and engaging
The chat box functions well
Sharing screen capabilities
Cons
It could be a little more user friendly
Sometimes it the most intuitive in setting up meetings
The camera for google meets is nicer

Zoom is very well suited for scenarios in which you need to connect digitally with camera function for a meeting. We use it to connect for professional feedback, webinars, and team catchups. It is very useful in a professional setting but also is great for hosting fun events digitally as well.
I use Zoom Workplace meeting in the work place to communicate with my work team, and it's a very good application to use because it's makes it's easy to share your screen when there is something that needs to be discussed in meetings. Zoom Workplace also helps a lot when you need to do training with the team and you are not in the same site.

I use Zoom Workplace for quick meetings with my team to discuss projects, progress and problems that need to be addressed. I also use it to conduct webinars that help our clients better utilize the tools and services we provide. It gives us a stable platform that is easy to use and aesthetically pleasing at the same price or barely more than what others are asking for a worse product.
Pros
I love how easy it is to add individuals to calls.
Zoom Workplace is very user friendly and offers a lot of customization in settings.
Zoom's customer service has been pretty good at responding and helping with whatever questions I may have.
Cons
Figuring out the licensing was a bit annoying. I had hoped for the price we would be able to have more "Admins for our account".
I dislike that you have to pay for a business account in order to get a webinar account. The business account should be wrapped up and bundled with the webinar account.
It would be nice if you could set your settings to always share computer audio when sharing screen so that there are fewer opportunities to mess up during a presentation.

I think that Zoom Workplace is great for pretty much any scenario. As I said before, I use it for short meetings, long meetings and webinars. If you need a super high-resolution video, it is not necessarily the best, but it still looks good during meetings. Backgrounds can always be improved if you need a clear crisp background image but that is a universal problem not just Zoom Workplace.
Our Organization utilizes all tools available in Zoom Business level. Chat, Phone, Meetings are the core pieces. About 6 years ago, we were looking to transition from an old landline phone system as well as a meeting tool. With Zoom Workplace we captured both needs effortlessly. We have a unique business model and didn't want a heavy front end IVR - minimal options for the callers to make. Zoom Workplace was able to accommodate our unique needs without workarounds. As the implementer I was able to make up use cases and send in to Zoom and was delighted to see some ideas incorporated. The meeting tool was 'best in class' when we started with Zoom Workplace and still is! Love the new AI tools and Scheduler - the Scheduler has been a life saver for me to show availability for multiple individuals in our company without much effort. I also love the delegate feature - which I use heavily when on-boarding new employees. Don't get me started on clips! Way to go to make use of the recording feature in the meeting but more versatile for showing short 'how to' videos!
Pros
Meetings
Phone
Versatility
East of configuration - I'm an admin
Knowledge base
ROI
Cons
Love notes - allow insertion of table or grid
Allow admin to turn off DND
Allow a way to group individual people chats - not channels just individual peeps into groups for ease of finding - like how you can group shared calendars into sections in Outlook

* Onboarding new employees - adaptation is quick and easy for new employees - for phone and meeting use. * Administration is quick and easy as well as finding answers to the 'what ifs' * Delegation for scheduling and creating scheduler links - what an awesome process - delegation allows for ease of on-boarding new employees - pre-emptively setting up their meetings and orientations in advance of start date *AI summary - our development teams uses them for ALL meetings creating a great history and follow up process for the entire team
We use Zoom Workplace daily for one-on-one calls, small group talks, large group discussions, and even company-wide meetings. Sometimes an email is sufficient, but there are many times that it is more efficient to hop on a Zoom call to ensure that everyone is on the same page. We can talk and share our screens, which makes it easy to communicate and collaborate.
Pros
Meeting invites are simple & easy
Call clarity is great
Screen sharing makes collaboration easy and effective
Cons
More direct integration with Microsoft Outlook would be great, (but Microsoft keeps pushing Teams)

I use Zoom Workplace both professionally and in my personal life. It works well for small groups or large ones. I use it for meetings that are planned out in advance, as well as for times when I need to talk with a colleague without any prior notice. I usually use Zoom Workplace on my computer, but occasionally use it on my phone as well, and it seems to work just as well.
