Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

Zoom Workplace is used for all aspects of customer communication and inter-company communications, such as meetings and phone and remote device interactions. Our Organization records and disseminates conferences and phone calls for quality and training. It is used exclusively for almost everything we do here at the company.

TeamViewer is sloppy, and its SSO sign-in is faulty. I am so glad the company steered towards Zoom for all communications.

Essential tool for all aspects of communications, internal and external. I use it every day to help customers and communicate with my team. Video meetings are essential to help with technical issues and navigation of computer interfaces. I also appreciate the AI bot writing a summary of the meeting to review each interaction.
