Zoho Invoice - just a great invoicing solution
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I run a consulting business and Zoho Invoice allows me to track hours as well as expenses and generate invoices and track their payments very efficiently.
Pros
- Intuitive interface
- Easy to use reporting
- Tracks paid/unpaid invoices
- Tracks invoiced/Un-invoiced expenses.
Cons
- Ability to create recurring invoices
Likelihood to Recommend
Well suited for small volume invoicing without needing to go to Zoho's full accounting suite. Can track time and expenses as you encounter them and then assign them into an invoice with ease, send to the client and track payments against them.
Would not be great as a standalone for someone selling an inventory, as there isn't inventory management built in, you would need to use another Zoho product.
Keeps track of clients for ease of billing for returning clients.
