It helps analyze spending across different cards from different vendors coded to the same GL or for similar purposes. Comparing the data, trends can easily be seen and help identify areas for improvement. The data is provided in an easy-to-read layout, which is very helpful. The platform is a good way to review data.
Pros
Providing the data in chart/graphs.
Pulling in data from different sources.
Providing actionable insights.
Cons
Forecasting option could be improved.
The option to review and change the layout of the data being presented.
Filtering the data.

It was great at reviewing and analyzing credit card spending activity across multiple credit cards and different processors used across different merchants. For example, going to the gas stations BP station 1 and BP station 4, the review identified both and provided good insight without much adjusting the date.

Zoho Analytics is a great software for tracking all of your data and collecting it in one place. We mostly use this for sales data and from information we can pull straight from the CRM. It is mostly used by our sales and operations team and helps us make better sales decisions and create more efficiency in terms of our sales pipeline.
Pros
I like that the reports are easy to show.
Integrating data is super easy if you use other Zoho products.
The price is affordable for any sized team.
Cons
Automate the sending of reports to clients or upload to drive, etc. would be a cool feature.
I wish the integration with Zoho Flow was better and could be used for reporting.
Setting up the dashboard can take some time initially.
Likelihood to Recommend
I would definitely use this tool if you use other Zoho products. The interface is pretty easy to use, especially if you used other Zoho products, and so is the reporting data aggregation.
Our team uses Zoho Analytics to manage our data and create reports for our clients, as well as determine our sales strategy and prospecting strategy. It helps us use data to make decisions about our sales and businesses processes by analyzing the data within our sales processes and seeing where we are missing opportunity.
Pros
Helps to keep data organized.
Syncs sales data with our CRM.
Makes reporting easier.
Easy to use
Interface is intuitive
Cons
Setup can be a little difficult.
Some settings are difficult to tweak.
Customization.
Likelihood to Recommend
Zoho Reports is well suited for most sales organizations because you can sync sales data from the CRM. You can still use other data and create other reports, but this is our primary use case.
Zoho Analytics is mostly used by our sales team in order to tell how our team is doing in sales and in order to change our sales strategy or focus on certain areas of the funnel in order to perform better. It helps us build sales reports and make data driven decisions.
Pros
dashboards
customization
user interface
Cons
cost
some settings hard to find
bugs
Likelihood to Recommend
There are some integrations that are not available, so using it would depend on where you getting your data from and what is easier for your business. However, if you use any other Zoho products, it makes it super simple to integrate everything because the data is already there. If this is the case, its a no brainer.
Zoho Reports is being used for bringing data from multiple sources together to be analyzed/reported on.
Pros
Being able to link tables
Lots of report options
Integrations
Cons
Customizing appearance of charts/tables/reports
Confusing error messages
Likelihood to Recommend
If your data is all in one spot you really don't need it, but if you want to report on multiple data sources and link them all together, Zoho is a good fit.
