We are using Zoho Analytics to collect data and analytics from our company, as well as other companies, to know how the market is doing in real-time. What I like most about this software is the live connection of external data and pixel reports and its customizable dashboards, to tailor it to our brand.
Pros
This software allows us to print the report in pdf format, which makes it easy for us to view and share the reports with clients and partners, without problems and file incompatibility.
It also allows uploading files from various sources such as Excel, Oracle, text files such as CSV, HTML, etc., as well as receiving and sending data from the cloud or local database, for the creation of reports.
It allows for the publication of the reports made on the company's website, blogs, and applications so that everyone can be informed of the data and analysis.
Cons
Can be intimidating software, especially for people who don't have a lot of coding knowledge, so it takes some time to learn.
I would like to see more help desk support or instructional tutorials to better guide us in the use of the software.
I would also like them to present templates to create reports more automatically and quickly.
Likelihood to Recommend
We highly recommend this software, because it has helped us a lot to grow the company and make the right decisions, based on the data obtained and the accurate reports that the software allows us to make. It will be of great help to companies of all sizes, as it will help them to grow much more.
It is widely used for data visualization purposes but we have generated data tables as well. The graphical user interface (GUI) helps in creating both tables and dashboards very easy and simple. The AI engine also helpful which creates a structure of the dashboard in a minute obviously the entire skeleton cannot be used as it is but one can always modify those to suit fit the requirement.
Pros
Dashboards
Data tables
Merging files
Validation
Cons
Limitation on data refresh frequency
Challenges in merging data sets
When the data gets refresh regularly, adding manual entries becomes challenging
Likelihood to Recommend
Best suited for the dashboard creation but other tasks such as validation and report generation sometimes become tricky.
Our organization uses Zoho Analytics to build reports around data that is being captured in our electronic case management system. We generate reports and or dashboards to help further analyze how our programs are doing as well as how our clients are progressing. This includes demographic reports, clients served, # of touchpoints per client, as well as very specifics tied to each client.
Pros
Pull quantitatives from qualitative information.
Visualization of the data.
Allows for a good "read" of where your program is in terms of goals.
Cons
Drilling down within the data.
Using the data to then see the end user (client).
Modernization of visuals (dashboards).
Likelihood to Recommend
Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports) is well suited for pulling reports for things just as demographics. Our organization also loves the ability to customize the reports to fit our everyday needs that may look different from other organizations. Some challenges include needing specific technical expertise to customize the reports.

I implemented Zoho Analytics as a tool to view detailed data from Quickbooks Online. I played with it for a one week trial and was hooked! Now, I am able to sync Quickbooks and Salesforce daily, and I also connect to some downloaded reports via Google Docs. This allows me to view the entire data infrastructure in one place, including Quickbooks, Salesforce, Constant Contact (via Google Sheet), and Greater Giving Fundraising (via Google Sheet). I have a lot of experience using databases and writing SQL queries, so the transition was very simple. It has helped me run my tiny nonprofit (<$500k revenue) super efficiently.
Pros
Easy to setup links to 3rd party software
Nice user interface
Fast queries
Cons
I wish it could link to more of my systems (Greater Giving & Constant Contact).
I wish I could auto export data to Google Drive.
It can be a little challenging to find query errors.
I would love if I could create mail merge letters from Zoho.
Likelihood to Recommend
I have been recommending Zoho for small businesses and nonprofits as an easy way to view all data in one place. It simplified business processes and greatly improves controls by automating the validity and completeness of review reports.
Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports) currently being used by department managers and higher for big picture view of our sales and plumbing part of the business. Direct Reports who access Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports) are limited to our Sales Team for comparative information and their own stats. No other direct reports use or have access as their KPI's are metered in our phone software (for phone reps).
Pros
Compile data in a more 'readable' fashion for ease of absorption
Merges well with Salesforce
Cons
The ease of customization is heavily dependent upon Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports) support.
Not easily manageable if you are not experienced with higher-end filtering and cross-reference objects
Likelihood to Recommend
Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports) is way easier to view, read, and interpret data from Salesforce once Zoho's integration is set up. Cross Object functionality of reporting and view-ability of the information is a lot cleaner in Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports) than trying to fumble through Salesforce to project and read the same information. It is a lot easier to find what you're looking for in Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports), once the connection is established.
