Zoho analytics is used for making dashboards that break down complex data into meaningful and easy-to-understand charts, giving various insights depending on the team, such as sales, service, and others. It also serves as a single place to download the raw data from the platform, which makes it easier to refer to the data.
Pros
Dashboard.
Connecting various data sources.
Simplified view.
To provide insights.
Cons
Advanced Dashboard.
Easy to customize.
Custom Reporting.
Likelihood to Recommend
Zoho Analytics does a pretty decent job across all aspects. Still, on the dashboard part, Zoho Analytics is really good compared to other BI Analytical tools. It offers a wide range of dashboard options and allows users to customize them based on needs and requirements. On the other hand, for customer reports, it falls a little short.

We use Zoho Analytics when we need more complex reports than Zoho CRM Offers. We don't use it primarily because the components cannot be pulled into the CRM Dashboard.
Pros
The complexity of Zoho Analytics reports is really good
The customization of new Zoho Analytics repots is straightforward and easy to generate new reports
The options for pre-set reports is very handy and makes it easier to create new reports based on a pre-defined report.
Cons
Zoho Analytics could greatly improve if the synchronization of data was more often. Twice in a day is not very convenient when you need to create a report and realize that the data totals do not match what is live in the CRM.
More Zoho powered training videos would benefit for Zoho Analytics, most of the time if i'm looking for Analytics support I have to turn to you tube for Non Zoho based training videos

Zoho Analytics is suited for occasional reporting, but if you need to review the report multiple times in a day as the data changes then Analytics is not the route i would recommend. Zoho CRM has instant data updates to any reports held within the platform, it takes between 20-60 minutes to do an instant sync of Zoho Analytics data, and you're capped to a max of 5 additional fetches per day beyond the once daily automatic fetch.
Zoho helped our users connect, prepare and analyze our company's data. It gives us a window into new and beneficial insights. It also helped us manage and analyze our data in the fastest and most effective way. We are able to discover a great deal of new insights in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend this product.
Pros
Manage and analyze data in a fast and effective way.
Prepare data to be anazlyzed.
New insights into our data.
Cons
There were no areas we had issues with Zoho Analytics.

This tool enables us to generate interactive dashboards, reports, and charts by connecting to various data sources, including databases, spreadsheets, cloud storage, and online applications. The simplicity of Zoho Analytics' drag-and-drop interface, which doesn't require any coding knowledge, is one of the top features of why we opted for this tool. For quick and simple report generation, it includes a selection of pre-built templates that are very resourceful. With Zoho Analytics we have been able to simply produce reports, dashboards, and visualizations without the need for technical expertise or programming abilities because of this tool's intuitive and user-friendly interface.

Since it is a cloud-based platform, there is no need to worry about infrastructure. It doesn't require in-depth coding skills so implementing the changes is quick. Can connect any data, sources, URLs and many more: you can import and create spreadsheets, CSV files, HTML, text files, charts, reports, pivot tables, etc
We use Zoho Analytics to grapple with data sets generated by our other software tools: accounting, CRM, sales engagement, and marketing. Often times these tools don't have very good analytic capabilities built in, so we export their data to Zoho Analytics for a more refined analysis. We have multiple users that need to access this data and we also need to distribute the analysis sets to our various client. Some of our data tables have rows > 10,000 records and relations to other tables so Excel is not an option at that point.
Pros
Graphically construct an analysis from multiple data tables
Granular user access controls to data tables and filters
Integrations both direct and via API with third party tools
Excellent integration with other Zoho apps like CRM and Books
Cons
Limited options to distribute reports. Would like to be able to distribute to S3, FTP, Zoho WorkDrive, and other destinations automatically.
The application is designed for GUI use, and while it does support writing SQL this feels awkward
Not as many formatting options for report output as I would like

In terms of value for the money, I think Zoho Analytics is very strong. If you are a small company that wants access to a powerful analysis platform, and need to support multiple users (either employees or clients) then Zoho Analytics is great. If you are using the Zoho One subscription then the value increases even more.
We use Zoho Analytics to study different types of data and turn them into easy to understand analytics, which are very customizable and comprehensible. Zoho Analytics allows us to import data from any type of service into the platform and it has been a great ally at helping us understand our marketing and sales data, making it more intuitive for us because we are able to create reports and insights in a few clicks and automatically turn it into different charts or pivot tables which can help us view our data in a more simple and fragmented way. I think that this software covers a great range of data and the process is very automated, and we have been able to save a lot of time using this analytics service because it produces reports in a short time and we have been able to take smarter decisions in different marketing-related projects and create a smart business budget that works well.
Pros
The wide range of charts available to analyze the data makes this software very attractive and intuitive.
It has the ability to collaborate with other team members inside the software and it helps take more insightful decisions around different reports.
Zoho Analytics has a lot of variety when it comes to supported files type. I can import different data in different file type and I know that it will be supported by Zoho.
The smart assistant tool has been very helpful in generating many reports automatically when needed and it has also been of great help when it comes to forecasting.
Cons
It definitely has a steep learning curve and it can be quite overwhelming, especially with the lack of proper support and tutorials on how to use the features to get the right results.
I would like to see more code-free features because some of the tools require some level of coding experience which makes the experience difficult.
There is not much customization available for the query tables.
Likelihood to Recommend
I think that Zoho Analytics provides a great service for its price as it contains many templates that one can use to analyze big amounts of data. I feel like this software is a great option to visualize data in a simpler way and it helps you have a more in-depth understanding of your data by breaking it down into these visually stunning insights and dashboards, and if you use other Zoho tools, I think that it becomes very beneficial to add Zoho Analytics to your plan because it makes the process easier and more convenient.
We review our key performance indicators within the Zoho Analytics space. We currently use data from both Zoho & outside sources.
Pros
Flexible
Ease of use compared to other data visualization tools.
Allows further access to the current Zoho Suite.
Cons
Doesn't push back into Zoho modules.
Visualization options are limited compared to competitors.
ETL options aren't as advanced as competitors (Power BI for example).
Likelihood to Recommend
If you are a Zoho One customer, Zoho Analytics is a very cost-effective solution to compile core metrics. For someone working outside of the Zoho Suite, there are other options such as Microsoft PowerBI that provide a more robust overall experience.
Zoho Analytics is used to create dashboards for sales analysis' on both an individual and team level. We needed to track results over time as well as comparisons.

Comparison of relative periods
Lack of help with coding for query tables
Automatic triggers when a widget is lower than a certain threshold

We utilize Zoho Analytics to better understand our lead, organization, and sales data. While each has its own analytics that can be tracked separately, bringing the data together is what Zoho Analytics is best for.
Pros
Imports data from multiple external data sources
view data in a visually appealing manner
compare various datapoints from different sources.
Cons
Syncing issues with external sources
ability to compare data by date

Zoho Analytics is great if you are using Zoho CRM. If you are not using Zoho CRM, I'm not sure if Zoho analytics is the best tool to use. We use (and need data from), Facebook Ads, Google Ads, CRM lead data, CRM sales data. If you can figure out how to link the data from various sources, Zoho analytics is great for comparing it. In our case, we used things like lead source and geographic data from our CRM to tie it to the other data sources. To use google ads as an example: If you were just using google ads analytics you would see [spending] to 'conversion'. 'conversion' in googles case is a lead. When you combine this data with Zoho analytics, you can see [spending] to 'sale'. Sale is using CRM data to see the date and amount of the sale. Allowing you to better utilize your lead spend.o further than things like the analytics offered by google ads. You can see sales by google We have tried google data studio previously, and this might be better for non-Zoho CRM users.

Zoho reports are used by our Sales division to pull out reports. It helps to give a visual representation of sales figures, which were previously only seen as numbers. It gives us an understanding of who our major distributors are and what their product mix consists of. This gives us an idea of what segment we should emphasize and helps in product development.
Pros
The AI feature (ZIA) is a major strength as I see it.
Various types of graphical representation, including the tunnel graph.
Works seamlessly with most databases.
Cons
Dashboard feels a little too cramped.
Dashboard alignments feel a little off.
Query joining has a limitation of 5.

Our ERP solution did not have a graphical representation of data. Zoho has helped a lot in that regard.
