We use Zoho Analytics to visualize our sales monthly for our five-time-a-year magazine. Someone uses the app to create beautiful charts and graphs for us to visualize the end-of-month results and plan for the future. We also have a report created regularly to show how we've done over the last few months. It is updated every month.
Pros
Analyzes the data we present to it.
Automatically crates' visually pleasing charts and graphs.
Handles complex information that give it and spits out reports our boss likes to see.
Cons
Customizing the graphs a little more would be helpful.
Sometimes the software glitches when we update spreadsheets.
Understanding how to perform some functions can be a bit challenging if this is the first time we're doing them.

I appreciate that Zoho Analytics is deeply integrated into the overall Zoho platform. We used to have to import all kinds of different information from different sources, and it was a huge pain to create some of our reports every single month. Since using Zoho Analytics, we have been able to get info like click-through rates or rejected emails directly fed into it. It has been a considerable time saver having that integration.
We use Zoho Analytics to create and monitor dashboards that display several different metrics for our service team. This way, our technicians and managers can keep tabs on all current events and take a snapshot of events for the past 30 days.
Pros
Customization
Ease 0f Use.
Cons
Tie-ins for more of the rest of the Zoho suite.
Pre-built dashboards could be a little better, especially for refresh time.

There are many instance, where we need to identify the linked pages user has visited, we have used the data represented to analyze how the page patterns are looking at the dashboard level. It helps to customize require charts/graphs in the single page.
Zoho Analytics helps to build the custom dashboard in large scale environment
We were using Zoho Analytics along with connectors with HR, Project management, IT & helpdesk integration. We feed most of the day-to-day operations, project-related data, market, sales, and Payscale data for insights and visualizations. These insights help in better optimization and catering of resources at the organization and also gives the insights about the market condition.
We are
using Zoho analytics to manage all of our data and to make the reports for each
client and its basic implementation in our company is to determine sales
strategies and coordination among our departments.I alam also utilizing it to
make sales strategies and prospection of strategies. It has helped us in
decision-making for our business by processing the analysis of data to find out
if we have missed any opportunity.
Pros
A helping tool to organize the data.
CRM synchronization is pretty good.
Reporting has become quite easier.
A lot of customization options.
Automation of reports makes it a great helping hand.
Cons
The setup of the tool is a bit difficult.
Setting the tool for initial use is much difficult.
Formula configuration looks messy at times.

Zoho
Analytics is very much convenient for almost all sales organizations as well as
for the companies related to Information Technology as well as it has the
capability to synchronize data from CRM. It is a multitasking tool that helps in
saving time by working on multiple data and reports at the same time. Custom
reporting dashboards of Zoho are a good way to track the data.
We are using it for displaying our entire product and marketing analytics and it helps us find relations between the two. We primarily use it to track usage metrics from our users, both at a cohort, as well as individual level. Using the variety of data sources available, we are able to bring in multiple data streams and present a more holistic picture of what's happening.
Pros
Easy creation of reports and dashboards.
Highly customizable link sharing capabilities. Allows us to expose different views in silos.
Large number of data connections possible.
Great pricing.
Cons
The data ingestion process needs to be smoothened. Sometimes the process crashes and stalls.
Overall UI could be made much more smoother and classier.
Handling of filters can be made more seamless.

If you're an early-stage startup without the resources needed to build out your own custom marketing stack, Zoho allows you to cobble together a great analytics process. There are limitations to data size though, so it doesn't feel like a solution for scale.

We use Zoho Analytics as our main BI and reporting platform. We currently use Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk, so we take advantage of the already provided integrations, and this is the main reason why we chose Zoho Analytics. Besides that, we have integrated it into our SAP Business One ERP, so now we can correlate information from our CRM, Help Desk and ERP altogether. Also, we have taken advantage of the integration to Google Drive. One of the main uses for our company is the generation of KPI and dashboards used on a daily basis and necessary to be ISO compliant.
Pros
Integration with Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk and so on.
Ease of accessibility
Pricing
Ease of integration with legacy MS SQL platforms.
Cons
Documentation and videos
Frequency of sync options

Scenarios where it perfectly suits: if you use another Zoho software. It already provides hundreds of dashboards and reports and the integration is extremely easy. Scenarios where it is less appropriate or differentiated: if you don't use Zoho at all you won't find these products much different from other BI tools available on the web.
ZOHO reports is being used by our Engineering Department to generate reports for management. It is easy to use and manipulate and provides the high level information needed by our management.
Pros
ZOHO reports provides the high level view of project status' desired by our management, such as number of active projects, percentage complete, etc.
ZOHO reports is able to pull the custom categories we have created in the project modules and provide reporting, again at a high level view without providing too much detail.
ZOHO reports provides different outputs for the reports such as exporting in Excel. This allows us to manipulate the information from the pulled reports.
Cons
Since I am not a database person, trying to figure out the links between fields to get the information I need is at times cumbersome. I avoid it all together if I can.
If a project template does not contain milestones, the reports will not pull properly.
Not all of the fields in ZOHO Projects are able to be pulled into the reporting. It would be a great feature to have all the fields available where they can just be pulled into the report.
Likelihood to Recommend
High level reporting is very good. However, when you try to zero in on things, it becomes more difficult to extract the information you are seeking. For example, I would like to be able to determine the next 5 tasks due in all projects across the board and be able to pull the comments for those tasks. That is not something I am able to do at present.
