Zoho Analytics is primarily used by organizations to consolidate data from diverse sources, generate insightful reports, and facilitate data-driven decision-making. In TrustRadius reviews, its strong data integration capabilities, allowing connections to Zoho applications and external databases, are frequently highlighted, underpinning its utility for creating comprehensive reports and dashboards. Reviewers widely note its ability to transform complex data into understandable visualizations, a function positively noted by 5 of 11 reviewers, supporting leadership with actionable insights and historical trend analysis.

While the platform is praised for enhancing operational efficiency and improving decision-making, some reviewers report a complex user interface, a notable concern mentioned by three of eleven reviewers, particularly for new users. There are also calls for more granular control over visual elements and expanded integration with specific third-party applications. Zoho Analytics Easiest Tool for Data Analysis

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have been using Zoho Analytics to track the Sales Pipeline, Customer Services, Employees performance, etc... Some of the business problems that we have been observing in Zoho Analytics is that the Data syncing is not Real Time. It takes quite some time for the data to get fetched from the source to the Zoho Analytics. That shows data mismatch between the Two Applications. There must be a real time data integration possible.

Pros

  • Excellent Analytical views of Reports to track the Sales Performance.
  • Generative AI support is the best feature available
  • Integration with around 500 applications is a major Postive information about Zoho Analytics

Zoho Analytics is well suited for almost all the types of business and industries. In sales it is helpful to track the Sales Performance of the organisation, time spent on each stage, quotations sent, invoices raised, payment received etc...

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zoho analytics is used for making dashboards that break down complex data into meaningful and easy-to-understand charts, giving various insights depending on the team, such as sales, service, and others. It also serves as a single place to download the raw data from the platform, which makes it easier to refer to the data.

Pros

  • Dashboard.
  • Connecting various data sources.
  • Simplified view.
  • To provide insights.

Cons

  • Advanced Dashboard.
  • Easy to customize.
  • Custom Reporting.

Likelihood to Recommend

Zoho Analytics does a pretty decent job across all aspects. Still, on the dashboard part, Zoho Analytics is really good compared to other BI Analytical tools. It offers a wide range of dashboard options and allows users to customize them based on needs and requirements. On the other hand, for customer reports, it falls a little short.

Zoho Analytics saves us time and effort every month. WIN!

Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Zoho Analytics to visualize our sales monthly for our five-time-a-year magazine. Someone uses the app to create beautiful charts and graphs for us to visualize the end-of-month results and plan for the future. We also have a report created regularly to show how we've done over the last few months. It is updated every month.

Pros

  • Analyzes the data we present to it.
  • Automatically crates' visually pleasing charts and graphs.
  • Handles complex information that give it and spits out reports our boss likes to see.

Cons

  • Customizing the graphs a little more would be helpful.
  • Sometimes the software glitches when we update spreadsheets.
  • Understanding how to perform some functions can be a bit challenging if this is the first time we're doing them.

Likelihood to Recommend

I appreciate that Zoho Analytics is deeply integrated into the overall Zoho platform. We used to have to import all kinds of different information from different sources, and it was a huge pain to create some of our reports every single month. Since using Zoho Analytics, we have been able to get info like click-through rates or rejected emails directly fed into it. It has been a considerable time saver having that integration.
