Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's a great CRM solution for our business - Allows us to have access to client data and all my employees to stay on task and up to date on our client's situations. We use it for daily tasks, notes and appointments. It allows all of my employees to be on the same page, which is important!

  • More user-friendly mobile app.
  • Easier connection to Outlook's calendar.
  • An easier way to track referrals.

Likelihood to Recommend

Great if you're looking for a helpful and interactive CRM. It will allow you to stay on task and make important notes for your clients and their accounts. It allows your whole team to work together effectively and easily. There is obviously some room for improvement but overall we have no complaints and will continue to use this program!

we use it to onboard new clients and to maintain their financial profile. Ebix Smart Office is compatible with our trading and account opening platform. We also use it to track activity related to account opening and supervisory oversight. On average we use the product for at least an hour or more per day.

Pros

  • Allows all of my customer data to be aggregated
  • Provides for nearly seamless account opening
  • It is a good software package for correspondence and activity tracking

Cons

  • The interface could be more user friendly
  • Some of its functionality is hard to use and/or hard to find
  • There are alot of field that we do not use that do not appear to be able to be deleted
  • It can sometimes be difficult to add new functionality

Likelihood to Recommend

It is excellent for account opening, document aggregation and storage, tracking and correspondence. It is lacking in its interface and is often not intuitive or user friendly. I have had difficulty running specialized reports in the past and have had to call customer service for issues that should be easy to solve on one's own. There sometimes be a tremendous delay when interfacing with other programs like Microsoft Word.
