Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zigihub is used as a CRM and Marketing Automation Tool. It helps our sales and marketing team to align and work together with full transparency. It helps store customer data, and outreach information and helps maintain our marketing database. We use it to send automated personalized email campaigns and track them to generate leads.

  • It automatically creates leads in the CRM out of your email campaigns
  • Helps automate follow ups and reminder emails
  • Helps you track the result of your campaigns
  • Lots of customizations available

Cons

  • The email editor tool is very basic
  • You cannot templatize your outreach with out-of-the-box designing
  • Integrations with Salesforce and Hubspot is missing

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Using zigihub to manage our leads and track the progress and maintaining our follow-up with our existing leads and customers as well as acquiring new leads and generating more traffic to our website. Our decision to on board the tool went in the good direction and we liked the tool really appreciate the work done by zigihub. Cheers.

  • The platform navigation is very smooth.
  • Easily switch from CRM to Marketing Automation tool
  • I like the featured when the leads goes directly into CRM if you have run the email campaign from the tool or anyone had subscribed to the blogs.

Cons

  • More integration of software with the Marketing Automation Tool
  • Should upgrade their email designing page.
