We use Ziflow for food label review to ensure it meets all regulatory specifications and also to provide design feedback. It allows us to keep careful records of change versions to understand what happened between versions, and to ensure that everyone can get to the work asynchronously in their own workflows.
Pros
Showing changes by having versions
Easy to add comments
Easy to invite additional reviewers
Cons
Would love to be able to see the version without the red comment flags - a "review" view as sometimes I can't see the big picture once it's all tagged
Pricing is a bit high for the # of seats - feels like it's an arbitrary restriction
Email notification settings are unwieldy - could be much more customizable and pre-set
Likelihood to Recommend
It's useful when you have multiple versions of a design or something that needs to be reviewed by multiple people. Basically it keeps it more centrally located and has a change management feature that is useful. I would use it for editing documents - if you're just doing 1-2 things a month it's not valuable, but for 10-20 across 4 people it's been very helpful, especially in a remote environment.
We use it to ensure the artwork is ready and correct for printing to reduce packing mistakes.
Pros
Compare proofs.
Deadline for proofs.
Combine proofs.
Cons
Notification problem: sometimes, clients do not receive them.
Please add Zoom to the files with just a tab/mouse.
Ability to choose the theme (dark/day mode).

Zillow is convenient for our company because we have a large number of artworks that need to be approved, and it's nice to keep everything in one place.

It is faster than Adobe Workfront.
Has more options than Adobe Workfront.
It keeps everyone accountable.

We use Ziflow at our company to review decks and web pages. We review our content internally and with our clients. I really like the fact that we can add comments over threads, leave things open, and close out others. You can also compare versions. It's a really good platform with good UX.
Pros
Organize content and compare decks.
Easy UX.
A simple way to mark errors or corrections.
Cons
I would love open items to migrate to the new version if they're not complete.
Sometimes, I wish there were fewer emails.
Likelihood to Recommend
It really speeds up the process of correcting items and speaking with clients, developers, and designers. It's really easy to point out issues and attach images to each comment if needed for clarity. They also added reactions and filters, so there is even less confusion in the correction process.

Eliminate changes being forgotten and also collecting assets from all directions (email, dropbox, etc). Intake forms are helpful for assets. Workflow can be setup for different departments and you can all work on the same document at the same time and leave comments. It make s thinks so much more efficient and makes sense those days.

We use Ziflow as our main review tool for all internal and external marketing/information pieces. Previously, we printed out physical copies of the promotional material and used a folder system to keep track of who had completed their reviews. Prior to that it was done through back and forths over email. Ziflow allows us to centralize the review process and maintain a strong understanding of where each project stands.
Pros
Track when users receive and open the proofs
Track who has made final decisions regarding a proof status
Track how many versions we have had to go through to reach the final
Cons
Better integrate the website review interface
Allow certain users to upload proofs without having to be an owner
Ability to organize proofs by Owner

We use the platform as an online proofing and approval tool, across our complex matrix business with multiple stakeholders.
Pros
Great functionality
Easy to tag stakeholders
Easy to add comments/amends
Search function
Cons
Search function is great but it would be good if it didn't have to be so precise to find what you need
Likelihood to Recommend
Any scenario where you need to store proofs, capture amends/approvals and comments on design and copy work this is perfect. It has great gated functionality to ensure that all comments are collected/approvals before the next stage. It's intuitive so you really don't need much training to use so perfect for all stakeholders, even those who aren't au fait with creative production. The comment function is easy to use to highlight text, add new copy etc. It beats track changes (for copy) hands down!
