Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Currently the ZeroFOX platform is used solely by our Digital Governance team. The platform pulls in alerts daily that relate to our brands. We review the alerts and then decide which accounts may be impersonating our brands or claiming something that isn’t true - then we may request a takedown for the account.

Pros

Great overall picture of all accounts that aren’t protected by our company.
UI is very easy to use and quick clicks let you navigate to where to need to be efficiently.
Very fast customer service - we have a company partner that responds quickly and to the point.

Cons

Would like to see email integration within the system if possible.
Would be great to have language options within the system for quick translations.

Likelihood to Recommend

ZeroFOX is well suited for companies who want to track and takedown accounts that are impersonating them but isn’t so great for personal use - it’s built well for medium large companies who have a large workload.
