Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I feel that am a victim of ACH Fraud through Zeni. In my experience October 17, 2024 19 ACH frauds happened to my business account. The withdrawal said from Zeni Inc. My business account was drained. My company is a small US business of 3 family members. We are now suffering from Zeni Inc. Here is the reply from Zeni: Please contact your bank and local authorities to file a dispute. Once this is completed, law enforcement will reach out requesting information.

  • I believe Zeni was taking my money without permission
  • Zeni did not verify the company to be legitimate. They let a gmail address with no website qualify. All they needed to do was look up the real company and verify this is fraudulent.

Pros

  • Automatic bookkeeping- Zeni reconciles your books every day so that your financials are up-to-date.
  • CPA oversight- Zeni's software and CPA team caught several issues when we first onboarded and then help us reconcile those issues.
  • Filing taxes- Zeni offers tax filing services that have been great.
  • R&D tax credit- Zeni calculates your R&D tax credit at a fraction of the cost of other services.

Cons

  • None- I have no areas of improvement for Zeni.

Return on Investment

  • Zeni has made it very easy to get ready for financial presentations in board meetings.
  • Zeni has saved us hours of time by providing clear financial updates.
