Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Zeal as our End-to-End Contract management system. The goal was to have a CLM system that can support the existing nearly $1B company but flexible enough to allow for new problems/situations as the business grows and expands into new services.

Pros

  • Platform functionality: data tracking, data organization, template management
  • Value for money
  • Customer support

Cons

  • New feature request process - they tend to ask a lot of questions regarding my request.

Likelihood to Recommend

Besides having all the functionality of any 5 star CLM, the situations it has helped were:
  • Preventing contract deviation by controlling template versioning
  • Improving business processes with customized features such as unique intake forms

Outstanding Client Service On-Boarding - A Game Changer for Savvy Ladies

Savvy Ladies is now able to streamline the contract management of our exponentially growing community of helpline volunteers using the Zeal platform for sending out our Agreements, and Handbook for signatures.

  • Anticipating the updated functionality to send group emails of same document.

Zeal is well suited to the growing needs of Savvy Ladies as they continue to improve and add new functionality based on our inputs and business needs. They are very open to adaptations to fit our needs.
