We used Xoxoday Empuls, to reward employees and celebrate with colleagues their work achievements, anniversaries, and birthday. There is also an option to commend others and/or motivate your teammates by posting your appreciation for their work. There is also a town hall where we can interact with others, even with those we haven't met virtually or personally. We also utilize the Xoxoday for our events as a platform for our games and other inter-activities.

Easy profile viewing. Whenever a colleague was mentioned in the town hall, I have to hover over their names and wait for the "view profile" button to appear, instead of just clicking on their tagged names.
Improve searching for colleagues' profiles. Whenever I checked on my colleagues via the search button, it will be their mentioned post, and not their profile is shown.

Xoxoday Empuls is very much suited for its purpose within our organization - Employee Rewards and Recognitions. Not that it is less appropriate to also be a communication hub for technical/work-related stuff, but I would prefer for it to have its sole purpose for rewards and recognitions. It has gained a special and HAPPY reaction within me, whenever a Xoxoday email pops out of my notification box. "Oh, someone is celebrating their work anniversary! Let me congratulate this person and appreciate all the assistance he/she provided me for the past xx years" or "Someone awarded me? Great! Thank you so much". I wouldn't want Xoxoday to have another purpose than helping me increase my happy hormones.
Here are some of the pain points Xoxoday is effectively and efficiently solving... It made helped the organization to improve employee engagement. One of the best features is Onspot recognition which helps to motivate the employee and increase productivity. It has been very effective in building company culture. Creating small communities of individuals with similar interests.

There are nothings I dislike about Xoxoday Empuls as it is a very user-friendly and convenient platform. But UI can be improved and the profile editing can be worked on a bit.

Using Xoxoday for long service awards as well quarterly rewards and recognition programs. Really appreciate the immediate response from customer support. Doing great in our US offices too.
