We had been using XOR for prescreening the candidates. The chatbot was asking and answering questions and then offering the position that is the most relevant to the candidate. Overall, the quality of the system, simplicity and price are unbeatable in the market. The reporting is very good giving you the ability to analyse your recruiting pipelines, productivity, etc..right out the box)

[XOR] is doing [the] job very well on prescreening the candidates (we are using mainly for that). Working in analytics, we are always in need of professionals, in different areas of interest, and XOR is selecting them very well. We are very satisfied with this platform and highly recommend it.
The XOR recruiting software is very easy to use, with a nice interface and is highly customized. It is automating all our inbound processes and booking interviews only with quality candidates. XOR did go a step above and helped us to integrate it with our system.

As we face this unprecedented, difficult time during the daily challenge being on the front line of the pandemic, we are very short of staff. XOR implemented new features that are helping us to communicate more efficiently, especially with less qualified personnel, which is what we need in our days to overcome this crisis (that are on constant flow). The software is very easy to use. Being fully automated, it is saving a lot of time for us and the customer support always has been very helpful.
We have been using XOR for a while. The highest advantage to its competitors is the high encryption level end-to-end, as our company is dealing with very sensitive information. When we integrated the platform, it was possible to fuse it with our previous applicant tracking system in order to avoid any gaps in communication with the candidates. We are using XOR to hire a large amount of sales agents and customer support agents. We had a problem of receiving a huge amount of applicants. Our HRs were spending a big part of their working time on prescreening the applicants that would fit our company, and then scheduling them on the calendars of the heads of departments.
