Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are attempting to use it to re-align territories for our North America sales team. It is being used by the Sales Ops department to align zip codes to territories.

Pros

Cost - cheap compared to other software
straightforward - relatively straightforward use

Cons

User Interface - outdated
Icons fail to work; software non-operational at the moment

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited to pull postal codes for North America. Integration with SFDC did not work, and training/support, in this case, was in its infancy stage. Not a good experience.
