Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently have a group of RPA developers in our company, certified in the best RPA tools on the market, developing according to the wishes of our customers. The licenses are offered by the customer, as well as the accesses. We are currently developing some robots in WorkFusion for our client. The process basically consists of migrating data between two systems, with some entries extracted from PDFs that are retrieved in emails.

Pros

WorkFusion merges features of two of the largest tools in RPA when it comes to captured HTML objects.
The tool is visually pleasing to the developer.
The cost of your licenses is low, although that is not something that the tool "does well".

Cons

The cost of licenses for OCR is high.
The documentation and courses offered by the tool are somewhat confusing.

Likelihood to Recommend

You can use WorkFusion RPA Express to automate any type of repetitive process that has been mapped. The tool has a low learning curve, allowing new users of the tool to acquire knowledge quickly. It is not recommended to overuse the OCR functionality of the tool, due to the high cost of the license per page exceeded. I recommend using an external API to read OCR.

We chose Workfusion as one of the best RPA tools on the market and have had a great cost benefit. We have RPA developers working to automate processes for our company, enabling us to relocate our employees to more challenging tasks.

Pros

Demonstrates the benefits of an RPA strategy within an organization.
Speed, different capabilities.
It improves job satisfaction.
Also reduces the errors/exceptions/bugs.

Cons

The threat of unemployment caused by automation.
Very Complexity during the implementation of the process.

Likelihood to Recommend

Workfusion is always available to assist with any issues. They involve us in key product feature development. They are always collaborating on ways to improve our delivery with partners.

We are a small company and use WorkFusion to automate internal processes of the company, being able to allocate our employees in more challenging tasks. WorkFusion is used to automate day-to-day routines, from sending and receiving emails, reading pdfs, excel spreadsheets, extracting structured web data, and others.

Pros

Merges two features of the competitors very well: Selectors and Object Cloning.
A simple and visually pleasing tool.
Easy to learn for beginners in RPA.

Cons

The cost of licenses per page OCR read.

Likelihood to Recommend

WorkFusion is recommended to automate any type of repetitive process, and to see the processes that are automated in a company. We do not recommend WorkFusion for reading many OCR pages at the cost of a reading license.

I work in Capgemini and for one of our projects we had showcased a POC on a tool called CAST which is a repository for documents of the processes undertaken by the whole project. Our job was to download all the projects present in the repository using RPA express basic activities.

Pros

The tool is absolutely free so you can go through all the given activities and try some basic modules and integrate them in your manual tasks.
It has covered the most intense automation i. e. Excel brilliantly.

Cons

I would love to see a bit more from RPA Express in the cases where bit more complexity is involved.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited for desktop automation but for web based or virtual environment it fails to replicate the success.
