A DAM good choice
Pros
- Searching for files is incredible powerful and quick
- Sharing files both internally and externally is easy
- Automatic version control on digital files is great
- Indexing of text on all digital files is incredible
- Metadata fields in excess of 550 standard (out the box) with unlimited custom fields
Cons
- More granular workflow (status changes are good, but could be better)
- Detailed analytics on actual asset usage, is good, but could be better
- A dashboard for reporting and analytics would be a huge bonus
Return on Investment
- Cut down time searching for the right version of the right file (Cut down more than 4 hours per week, per employee)
- No more using 3rd part file sharing sites, as well as benefit of managing the actual share links.
