Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use WinSearchas our provider for our email provider, resume parsing and CRM database for market and recruiting.
Pros
- WinSearch parses resume's biographic info into its database well.
- WinSearch CRM database is user-friendly
Cons
- Winsearch provides email which is easily overwhelmed resulting in hangups and painfully slow searches. This is fixable with workarounds, but still not worth the wait if you seek a reliable software.
- Winsearch is susceptible to hacks, and security issues. The system can go down for as long as a week as a result of a hack. The resulting interruption of business makes this software package not a good buy.
Likelihood to Recommend
WinSearch works for a small recruiting company with low amounts of emails. Companies, where recruiters rely on heavy email, should avoid this due to delays and slow tech support fixes. Security and data breaches have occurred, and would negatively impact any company.
